The Rotaract Club of Bangalore Junction is a community based club sponsored by the Rotary Club of Bangalore Junction, Rotary International District 3190. It is a well established youth organisation committed to serving the society towards holistic development.
We are driven by a single goal - to do our part in making the world a better place for all. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.

Awareness
Rotaract Bangalore Junction aims to run multiple public awareness campaigns, a marketing effort to build public recognition of a problem through media, word of mouth, and an organised set of communication tactics. These campaigns will target many people over a specific period of time to try and generate specific outcomes and achieve pre-determined goals.
Approach
Every idea/project (campaign) is driven to come up with solutions. These solutions will be guided by RBJ's approach to change, promoted by the campaign that will aim to achieve said goals and specific outcomes. RBJ will make a calculated move based on its experience and inexperience, the approach or types of actions to be carried out, by whom, how and when.
Action
As RBJ is a conglomerate of a diverse group of people, our social causes are a result of what one or many members are passionate about and would like to make their pet project. Our campaigns will be designed to drive our members as well as the audience to take a specific type of action, tied to a particular goal within a brief period of time.
